Terms of Service

Access & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your use of the service and for complying with applicable laws.

Billing

Billing is managed through Clerk. Monthly plans renew automatically unless canceled, and annual plans renew annually unless canceled. If you cancel, paid access continues through the end of your current billing period.

Usage Guidelines

You are responsible for content you input, upload, and generate. Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, non-consensual sexual content, spam, malware, intellectual-property infringement, or other unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

Data Retention

Unpinned chat threads may be automatically removed after 60 days as part of our storage retention policy. Related files and previews linked to those chats may also be deleted during cleanup.

Pinned threads are excluded from automatic retention cleanup until they are unpinned or manually deleted.

Disclaimers & Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing them before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noruxa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will point you to updates inside the product or via email when possible.
